Defo carb prob floats too low or your going to high. Also make sure you have enough fuel in your tank so that it covers the fuel taps when you are in the air. ,

My bike runs good up to third gear then when you go to forth gear the bike struggles almost like a cylinder is miss firing in i had the engine light come on when i down shift the light gos off have yo

I believe you have a carburetor. There should be a rubber boot from the carb, to the airfilter. the boot may have come loose for the carb. and is taking in to much air.

Did you clean out your idle and main jets? If you did already you might have a intake air leak..

Bike miss fires a lot

If the problem is about miss firing, the silencer does not come in.Have you change the spark plug for a new one, have you check the spark plug wire, these aspect must be very consider to solve the problem, check for it.If the problem was fuel ,the engine should completely shut off.Hope that clear your mind and solve the problem.

RPM stall at 5000/6000

Definitely carb problems. Dieaphrams need to be checked and the carbs need to be synced.

Missing, back firing just working really bad!

im not certain as i dont have a maintanance manual for that bike, but intake valve clearance should be approx .004 and exhaust valves should be appxox .008 also you may consider taking the coils to a shop and have them tested. coils after warming up will begin to fail once they start to go bad. spark will be great when the bike is cold, but once it warms up, spark begins to fade and hit and miss.. this may be the problem. hope this helps.
