I need to know the size of the center hole on a 19 tooth transmission sprocket for an apc mini chopper Thanks

Why do you need to know the size of the centre hole. That one look in great condition. The size is the size of the shaft it fits on, so you measure the narrower distance, which is between the sprocket tooth that is under the middle of your thumb nail, to the second tooth past your index finger. All this links have info.

More power from tc 250 2010

Top end engine rebuild. Sprocket size depends on the type of riding. Standard should be OK for motocross. If you need more top speed install a larger front sprocket and a smaller rear sprocket. Divide the rear sprocket teeth by the number of teeth on front sprocket e.g 48/14 = 3.43 a lower number means higher top speed 45/15 = 3.0 but compromised performance at lower speed. For tight forest riding and steep hills Rear 48 front 13 = 3.69 etc is preferable.

Want to replace drive sprocket on motor how do you get it off

Your sportster is actually pretty easy to change the front sprocket on. On the right side of the bike, you'll see the rear brake master cylinder. The master cylinder must come off as well as the plate that the master cylinder sits on. To get this off, you'll have ot remove the brake pedal and the exhaust system.

Once you get the plate off, you'll need some special tools to remove and replace the front sprocket. You'll need a special socket to remove the large nut holding the sprocket on and a special device made to hold the sprocket so you can get the nut off and then back on with the proper torque.

In addition to changing the front sprocket, you'll also have to change the final drive belt to match the size of the rear sprocket and front sprocket combination.

    Good Luck

Gs 700 engine screaming at highway speed

cheapest way to lower the rpm is to replace the front sprocket to a larger size, or if easier for you a smaller rear sprocket. you will loose torque at take offs in first gear. also, do some math before you buy a sprocket, front you will need at least 2 more teeth to notice a difference, where at the back it would be like 8 less. see whats available. for harleys there are all kinds of sizes available, for your year im not sure but look around.

How many teeth on the standard front and rear ccm 604e 2001

there is no real standard sizing, just keep in mind Smaller sprockets = higher top end speed but lower acceleration and Larger sprocket = low top speed but high acceleration so the size you want is totally dependant on what you require from the bike. eg. if you ride enduro then you probably want something in medium size range so to get decent acceleration but with a good top speed.
