And am thinking of spraying them in the silver colour scheme. However did any other colour apart from red ever get imported,Apart from red and silver I know of at least two other colours - Green and a very 70's Turqoise (at least that's the best description I can come up with). I re-sprayed the green one I had to black, but still have the turquoise tank and panels.,,,

How to remove fuel tank 1990 suzuki gsxr750

Remove the riders seat and you'll see two bolts at the back of the tank...each side panel will need to be unclipped as they attach to the tank also.
Once done, the tank should be able to be slid backwards and lifted...just be careful of the fuel lines etc

Painting truck. Are the emblems and siding glued

Basically its double sided tape. A heat gun will make it easier to remove. Just don't heat them too much or you may damage them.

Painting the tank

does someone know of a way to get it repainted? If your not going to buy stickers maybe you could just paint the tank yourself use spray cans. Surely that is available in the larger cities. Here is a link that describes techniques used to paint your tank yourself.,,,
