Do you hear a knocking sound when you feel the vibration? Try to run the van uphill at 2000 rpm and observe if the vibration becomes strong or there is a presence of a knocking sound.

My 180 pulsar's front disc brake sounds different while braking whereas there should not be any sound... even i have changed and replaced my brake shoes it sounds again while i hit the brakes...

I'm a little confused because your heading says front disk and the body of your note says you changed shoes. If it is noise coming from a drum/shoe setup, it could be that the shoes are not 100% seated into the drum yet. There are variations in the shoes and drums that would require the either require the shoes to be contour ground or just 'broken in' to properly match the drum's contour. If you are talking about the fromt disk brake making nois, the noise is probably just a harmonic vibration (squeaking, squealing) and will cause no harm or loss in braking performance. If the sound is bothersome to you, there are various 'anti squeak' coatings available at auto parts stores that are designed to dampen the vibration and eliminate the noise.

When changing the TimingChain, the technical person dissembled the clutch. after fixing the cover the engine noise and the vibration is very high. cannot ride the bike becaluse of the vibration.

Even i got the same issue. The problem is in fixing. The mechanic would have did some mistakes in screwing things up. sometimes the vibration ll controll as you drive some 500+kms. If it is not fixed give it to a authorized mechanic and reset the clutch plate settign. This ll work for sure. rate this!!

On neutral gear the engine run unevenly. Lot of vibration

if they took the motor out to fix the joints then it sounds like they messed up the engine mounts.
