Fuel indicator shows empty and reserve light is on what is the problem. I ave the cork in ON mode still the indicator shows emty.

Hi, Saikiran you could have a faulty sending unit or gauge, there could be a problem with your wiring. On models with the fuel gauge posing as a left-hand fuel cap the gauge is a press fit do not try to unscrew it, simply ample force lift up in a rocking motion to remove gauge. Disconnect wires to the gauge and with a set of positive and negative jumpers from the battery connect the positive jumper and flash the negative, gauge should peg full, if not replace the gauge. With a test light check for power to the sending unit, then remove the sending unit and manually operate the float arm slowly with the correct wiring hooked up to the fuel gauge and sending unit and the ignition on, the gauge should respond accordingly if not replace the float arm assembly. If your fuel gauge registers the incorrect amount of fuel in the tank you can try bending the float arm the necessary amount for a more accurate reading. My pulsar 150 is showing a missing when it goes to reserve

It probably is due to the crud that is around the filter in the bottom of the tank.
Petrol is messy stuff and as it is a hydrocarbon it contains water.
Water rusts the tank this sinks to the bottom and after a while gunges up the filter.
If possible empty the tank fill with a small amount of fresh petrol and swill it around and empty again. If you can remove the filter from the tank clean it in meths or clean petrol. An old toothbrush works well.

Hey.. i'm seriously confused of d gear system.. pls explain d gear system and tel me how to get neutral when am in some other gears in pulsar 180 dtsi(2007). and i like to know d tank apacity and reserve...

The tank capacity for the 180 DTS-i is 15 liters, the reserve is 1 liter, the total capacity therefore is 16 liters. The gears work like this, from neutral, first gear is down, thereafter all gears are up, there are five gears for the Pulsar. neutral can be found by tapping the gearlever all the way down, then softly one up, sometimes the bike goes to second gear when doing this, but mostly it will go to neutral
