And I realized someone might benefit from it... Yesterday I changed my oil after break in and when I did I tipped the bike from left to right quite a bit leaning it way over to get all the crappy break in oil out. When I restarted the bike it began to overheat, the red engine coolant temperature light began to blink slowly, then VERY quickly, meaning bad news! The radiator hoses were pressurized and hard as a rock, and I finally had to bleed the collant system all over again to fix it.... Close call! Without my status lights I never would have known about the problem.,Yep, status lights are a great addition for any machine with the S-1000 computer. But, it should not be possible for the radiator hoses to get above radiator cap blow-off pressure. I also see you added a so-called coolant catch? Is there an outlet to that?......you cannot just hang a sealed up tube onto the end of our radiator outlet. Is that what you did? That would explain the rock-hard hoses,,,

9 status lights

I'm not sure what you mean 9 status lights. Each computer case has lights and can be very different depending how it's configured. The owners manual should in detail tell you what the lights mean. Are you talking about lights on the computer case or the motherboard

How do you load the bobbin properly?

Hi there,

Well you may please follow the steps below -
1. Remove the bobbin from the sewing machine. Note: whether you have a drop-in, front or side-loading bobbin on your sewing machine. A drop in bobbin will load from the top, may be via a removable bobbin case cover near the machine-fed dogs. A side or front loading bobbin needs to be loaded into a removable bobbin case under the machine.
2. Choose the right size bobbin for the sewing machine.
3. Wind thread onto your bobbin. Your sewing machine should have a standard thread spool to hold the thread and a short, squat post wide enough for a bobbin.
4. Put the thread and empty bobbin into position on your sewing machine. Wrap the thread around the bobbin to start it. On most machines, disengage the needle by turning the smaller hand-wheel on the machine toward you. Push the bobbin post into position, securing the bobbin into place. Press gently down. Thread should begin to wind neatly onto your bobbin.
5. Break the thread, push the bobbin post back into an inactive position and remove the bobbin. Tighten the hand-wheel. Thread your sewing machine again if necessary before loading the bobbin.
6. Remove the bobbin case cover and put the bobbin into position. The thread should slide through a catch on the bobbin case and up through the cover.
7. Access the bobbin case for a front or side mount bobbin. Lift the catch and remove the removable bobbin holder. Put the bobbin into the holder and run the thread through the holder, bringing it to the front. Lift the catch and slide the bobbin holder back into the case. Hold your needle thread gently forward with your left hand and turn the hand-wheel. The needle thread will pass down into the machine and catch a loop of the bobbin thread. Pull this loop up and slide both threads to the back before beginning to sew.
Good Luck!!

Thanks for using FixYa!!

Status light isn't lit

If status light won't lit, there might be inside hardware problem in the router or maybe just the led is broken. Does your router still works just the status light wont lit or status light won't work plus the router? If the 2nd case is true then the router may be broken.

Hpd4160 printer yellow light keeps flashing, status, "off line"

See this notice about the flashing light. Then see this article, particularly step 4. You may need to clear the print queue & restart the print spooler. Make sure you reboot your system. If that doesn't correct the issue, try a power reset as described here before uninstalling or reinstalling the printer software.
The printer uses your system memory to print from, and communication glitches do occur.
Good luck.

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!

MISSING CD/DVD

Please see this link and this link to troubleshoot the hardware configuration. (You can use the device manager in xp to check the status of your e drive - perhaps you simply need to uninstall it and reboot your system.) Also helpful may be this link.
And here's an excellent tutorial on updating those windows drivers, in case that's the fault and you want some guidance...

Coolant status light led setting fro dirtbike

I'm guessing because it has an ATV setting programmed in. No cooling fans on the dirtbike means they run a little hotter so I need to know a good baseline to set it to. If your light is on all of the time and not blinking then you have version 3M hex in your ecu. This was a version that we did for C'Dale back in early 02 to help them with a problem. You will need to change to the 4K hex to get the functionality of the temp light.,,
