I am thinking about my bike. Regarding replacement tires my 08 beo 200 has 100/80 (front) and 120/80 (rear). It is still early on in the tire's life cycle (only have 1300 miles) on it. They are the stock Cheng Shin tires. Dont really have anything to compare them against and have ridden in mostly dry conditions and just yesterday during and after a light misting but have no complaints in performance at all. Just looking down the road for when I do have to to replace the tires. I was considering getting tires with a bit more contact patch possibly 110/70 (front) and 130/70 (rear). This would give me more width and with a lower profile would possibly put me at the same diameter as the 80's. The ride will probably be more firm though. I have played around with cars and tires in the past, but two wheel dynamics are different so I am looking for the groups advice or input on the matter,I have been considering options as well for sometime next year. The host site lists a 110/80/16 in the Michelin Gold. Would the rim size on the Beo 200 support a larger size? They also list a Pirelli in 130/80/16 as a replacement for the Beo 200. Can one assume that the rear rim will indeed support a larger tire? I had to lay my scoot on its side once this summer and noticed how fast the front tire broke loose on pavement at slow speed. I was also wondering if a larger front tire would put a bit more rubber on the road, to any advantage. ,,,

SUPERBYKE POWERBAND R50 Where can I locate the battery on this bike ?

Hi, Corbet your scooter falls in the CCGS class of scooters because there are at least 100 different brand names of the Classic Chinese Generic Scooter which all have the same body style and mostly run the 50cc-250cc Honda GY6 engines which mean's you can literally go to any shop that works on scooters for parts and repairs. This brings me to the main part of this answer, only the top 10 scooter manufacturers have service-parts-owners manuals that are easily available, CCGS scooters have no manuals available except for the occasional user guide so if I give you a link to a manual of a different brand name, despair not, for it will contain 99% of what you need or are looking for, regarding repairs or maintenance. What model/type of battery for gillera st 200

Are you talking about a Gilera Runner ST 200? I'm not familiar with a mobility scooter by the name you mentioned. If you do mean the Gilera ST 200 you can find a replacement battery and info on the battery itself on Amazon.

Click and clunk when moving from right rear wheel Pride Elite +

This can be caused by two things usually. One cause is the bolt holding wheel to the axle is a little loose so check to make sure it is very tight on the axle. The second click comes from flat-free tires. The tires have an adhesive applied at the factory and if you hit a bump, or if there's not enough to hold the tire tight to the rim, the tire will make a grinding click noise when it rolls and passes over this area. Pneumatic tires properly inflated don't make this noise since the air pressure keeps the tire fixed to the rim at the bead; flat free tires lack this pressure. Simply lubricate the area around the tire where it meets the rim on inside and outside, and drive it...noise should dissipate.

The Aprilia part number is #0280102. I would be inclined to go with an OE part here as I've heard some mixed reviews with aftermarket stuff.

Thoughts on Used Atlantic 200 Pricing

I'm still looking for a Scarabeo 200. I'm in the SF Bay Area. Funny thing happened at a restuarant the other night a gent pulls up riding a 4 year old Aprilia Atlantic 200. I expressed interest in scooters and the next thing out of him was Want to buy it? Short story is that it has 5000 miles on it. He's the original owner. Said he's done all the service himself, which after quizzing him about it further amounted to changing the oil every 1,000 miles. No problems, just wanted to buy a new scooter. His asking price was $3500. Kelly Blue Book rates a 2004 Atlantic to be worth $1800, so his price seems very inflated. Plus the fact that a brand new Scarabeo 200 can be had for $3399 plus tax and prep. Would a fair counter-offer be $1800?,yes possibly soo ..lemme ask you youre obviously not trying to fly under dmv radar lookin at over 50 cc bikes. why you wanna stay so small why not 4-500 cc near same mileage when not beating on it and plenty of power when needed? btw.... i paid 2000 $ us for a o3 beo 150, 7 months or so ago i couldnt find one anywhere without piles for shipping/delivery and mine was 1 owner under 2800 miles and twas in near mint cond adult owned..ive this thing about buyin new vehicles .. and isnt the atlantic a lil wheel scoot like 13-14 on it ??,,,
