I am about 6 foot and I have no problems with wind buffeting on my pagaso Perhaps it is also depending on what helmet you use. I use a Nolan N101 which works fine for me.

well of corse its true. its like sticking ur hand flat into the wind when ur driving ur car. its all wind resistence. if u were to somehow lean the windguard back about 6 to 7 degrees it would make a wind bubble over you which would make it easier for ur bike to flow into the wind. more or less like drafting. hope this helped

Hi i removed my carb 2 clean it out on my 04plate gilera runner vx125 i refitted it and it's started vibrating and been very loud every time i wind it on. Could someone help me please. Thanks

The only thing that comes to mind, as you say " is very loud when you wind it on". Check to make sure the carby is connected to the air box, air filter properly, this loud noise you are hearing is probley air intake leak. check your air filter system.
I have never heard of such problems, ' it's started vibrating and been very loud every time i wind it on.' Coming from removing and cleaning out a carby? Just look things over carefully, you will spot the problem im sure.
Good luck

Hi having problems with the speedo on my 2002 Triumph Daytona 955i the speedo dos'nt work at all sometimes and when it does its way out, wondering if anyone has any ideas. Cheers

This is a common problem with the Daytona's 2002+. Typically its the charging system and if the battery level gets below 12v the instrument panel will not function properly (LED display will read or flash something other than what is normal). Recommend charging the battery and checking the voltage @ the battery while running. If voltage drops as RPM increase: Replace reg/rect. The Stator my also go bad too. Too T/S (remove tail section disconnect the 3 wire connector coming from the stator and pin check a/c voltage across two pins at a time. check condition of connector and wires, if it feels stiff and brittle replace wire loom and check 3 pin connector under the fuel tank. If still bad, should be Approx 45v a/c @ idle, replace stator OR send it out for a re-wind. It's cheaper more durable and you get a 1 year warranty. I recommend Custom re-wind for this.

I am getting turbulants off my wind screen that vibrate my helmet. could my front wheel be out of balance?

Definitely get your front tire checked. Your vibration could be that your tie just needs a high speed balance job or, and possibly a lot worse your steel belts inside the tire could have gone bad and could result in sudden tire failure.

Pagaso 650

relaxed comfortable reliable economic bike with good weather protection and ABS (essential). Able to deliver on busy motorway and through the jungle of London traffic. I'm not bothered if some sportsbiker can go round a bend 10 milliseconds faster than me, good luck to him, but I do want to be able to assert authority if some cage-bound boy racer starts messing about. I run up 30k miles a year and expect my machine to get to 100k miles without real problem. I do my own maintenance & minor fixes are not an issue. So, knowing what you know about your pagaso would you buy the pasago if you were me? I don't expect the answer is black and white but would value your opinion - you guys seem like a pragmatic bunch, realistic about your ride... not like some other forums I could mention.,Asking that question here is a bit like asking the pope if you should become a catholic..... Do you plan to ride it in Winter on the UK's salt encrusted roads. If so, and unless you wash it every day, it will look very shabby, very quickly. This is true of many bikes, but I think the pagaso is not good in this respect. The previous owner of mine took it through one winter - its got more corrosion that I think is accepatble. ,,,

Scary Heavy exciting but ultimately flawed. , had a Caponord which was very comfy and reasonably quick for a big trailie (a GPS verified 139mph), but it handled like a pig in the twisties and was very scary when going for it on a twisty road The wind noise was deafening too ,,,
