Yesterday changed out ign coil. one still not working. today went to start it and it just makes a whining noise and no start

double check that trans fluid level with the car running at normal temp really just sounds like it is still low assuming youve not had any trans problems now if there was over heating issues with car it is possible damange was done to the trans

that means you have a bad seal and air is whistleing through that. Does it still do it with wipers on,make sure hood is closed all the way also. and check moulding for loose,this could whistle also

Its the pully. I have a 2006 and had the same issue. It went on for months and I was told it was "normal". Well the bearings on the puly were blown and it broke the belt while I was driving. Cost 20 bucks to fix.

It might be that the car has not had the Isuzu factory soundproofing mod done around the gerbox cover - speak with you dealer.
Possibly the alternator bearings are going , an autoelectric shop can tell you .

Be Very Careful If your hearing whines from transmission.
On Automatic Could Be Filter, Low ON Transmission Fluid Or Power converter(Pump) Going out.
On Standard Could be low on fluid or worn gears.
Occasionally transmissions are misdiagnosed for rear end noise.
