SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

SOURCE: Yamaha TTR 250, Idling Problem

you might have an air leak somewhere. chack to make sure you did not loose any o-rings from the diaphragm cap or the pilot screw. also check that there are no cracks on the intake boot. VERY LIGHT sprays of the either or carb cleaner can lead you to the source.

SOURCE: carburetor adjustments yamaha 450yfz 2004

Turn both the air screw and throttle screw inward until they LIGHTLY seat. Now back each one outward one and one half turns. This is the factory setting. I am going to give you a web site where you can download a free PDF factory service manual for a YZ450FR. I believe the model is a bit different but the carbs are the same.

Go to this site and you can download a free PDF service manual. The site may take up to 25 seconds to fully load the list of manuals. It is worth the wait. www.carlsalter.com/motorcycle-manuals.asp The service procedures are there in detail and a lot of diagrams and photos. Don't mess with the pilot screw unless you have to, Part #11 in the diagram.
Can I get a Very Helpful" rating out of this?

I need to know the proper tuning of ucal mikuni carburetor with mixture adjusting screw on bottom of cabr (beneath float bowl), an idle adjust screw and pilot screw (hopefully pilot fuel screw since s

Why did you need to clean the carb? Routine servicing of the aircleaner would keep the carb clean for life. The pilot screw should be 1.5 turns out approx. with a small adjustment either way. Idle speed is set to a smooth low idle.If this doesn't fix it have you got something in the carb not replaced correctly? The float needle/float assy? How did you clean it? Have you introduced fluff/dirt into the carb and did you blow it clean with an airline?

I have a Kirkland model 106ASS. Why is my pilot flame tall yellow and will not stay lit?

The gas valve should have a setting for pilot pressure; the adjustment screw is probably behind a plug - you'll need a diagram of your exact gas valve (by model number) to identify the correct plug and adjustment screw. Adjust that screw to lower the pilot pressure, which will lower the flame.

Where is the air/fuel pilot screw located on 1989 suzuki gsxr750 slingshot

Sounds like you have to clean the carbs, the new gas really plugs things up, small jets don't stand a chance. You can turn the screws all you want but, I think its time for a good cleaning 1st.

Carburetor adjustments

The only thing that can be adjusted is the pilot screws (idle mixture) and those are capped from the factory for a reason. If it is not runing right the pilot jets are clogged or restricted. You need to pull the set clean them and apply black RTV silicone to the bots to get rid of vacuum leaks.

Where are the pilot screws on a 1997 honda cbr 600

Hi Jason, for this situation I would call my local dealer or reputable shop's service/parts department and inquire about any possible quick fix or parts inquiry. If necessary transport your vehicle to the dealer or shop and have a professional technician take it for a test drive, if it is in running condition, and give you a written estimate of repairs and answer any specific questions you may have about your issue.
