I have a 83 650 tempter and no spark to plug ?

You will need to do an ignition system check.
To do so requires a decent multimeter. It helps to have both a digital and analog meter for the tests you will need to perform.

yoo YouTube is a great place to see how to troubleshoot this kind of problem.

Lastly if you do get it to spark the next step may be to clean those carbs. If so pay attention to the hoses and where they go.

I strongly advise against any performance enhancements unless you really know what you are doing as any mistake can cause a lot of problems and lead to engine damage.

While riding my 1983 suzuki tempter 650, the back wheel locked up, and now the motor dont turn, only a little in gear when i try to move the wheel.

Can you fet the bike into true neutral? It sounds like a transmission problem where something broke and jammed the gears. If it locked the engine as well that suddenly, you may well have a problem with the craknkshaft to boot.

1983 Suzuki GR 650 Tempter is firing but doesn't seem to be getting gas. It dies immediately after firing up. What should we try?

Check the jets in the carb, there might be a blockage there, especially the main jets, check that the needle and seat are allowing the float chamber to fill to the correct level, check that the fuel tap and the in-tank filter are clear of any blockage.
