Indicators being very odd

I just bought a set of LED indicators for my bike, and upon wiring them up (making sure to do as the wiring diagram says) and when i flick the turn switch (doesn't matter which way) all the indicators light up, and don't flash. I am now very confused. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance

I am not a electronic wizz but i believe the led's will light up but do not have enough resistance to cause the internal breakers to work.

Hi, Blinddogs12 nice novella you obviously have a wiring issue that requires a professional diagnosis for this situation I would call my local dealer or reputable shop's service/parts department and inquire about any possible quick fix, answers, or parts inquiry. If necessary, transport your bike to the dealer or shop and have a professional technician take it for a test drive, if it is in running condition, and give you a written estimate of repairs and answer any specific questions you may have about your problem. Hi, led will only light if they are wired in the correct order, earth to earth and live to live, you have replaced the switch to no avail, the only thing left is the flasher relay, this type of indicator must be fitted with a relay suitable for led indicators
The original relay would not be suitable causing problems as you have described, it may be you have the correct relay, led aftermarket relays are not so reliable as original equiptment as used with standard indicators, and sometimes burn out as they are solid state an obviouse burning to the silicone backing is a give away to its condition, if it shows signs of burning or any other damage replace it as so if you still have the original one fitted, lastly you dont say which model your bike is, on some suzuki motorcycles the relay is not just. A flasher relay it has multi functions and correct wireing of the relay is not so easy, unfortunatly suzuki is the only manufactor that specific led flasher relays are not listed for and a universal 1 must be used with the above difficulties

Well...normally with most bikes...neutral indication is only needed to start the bike while its on the sidestand.
Even though it is in neutral because it doesn't indicate it, you need to have the sidestand up, and the clutch lever pulled in to attempt a start. Make sure kil switch is set to Run.
If it does start....because of no neutral indication, it should kill the engine as soon as you try to set the sidestand down.
If it will start and look for the neutral indication issue, you need to trace the harness going to the neutral switch (or gear indication switch depending on make and model).
Any chance of rodent damage to wiring while stored....just seems odd the neutral light worked before...and now it doesn't. My experience is with Yamaha, and they usually grounded the neutral circuit at the switch, so you need all wiring connections secure and no wire breaks to get neutral indication, and satisy the interlocks.

Wiring diagram for Kawasaki ZX6RR 2004 I want to

Most if not all, blinker circuits, use a standard relay, for 4 light bulbs, devided in two sub-circuits,based upon total current consumption. In other words, to have it working properly, you must always have the same Watts in all bulbs, so as for the current to be strong enough to pull the small electromagnet inside the relay, and make the tik tak. So if you just replace your front blinkers, will be a waste of money, cause either, it will not work, or if you buy the cheapest LED blinkers you can get, you will burn them. My proposal is to buy all four, LEDs, and along with them, replace your relay, with one suitable for LED blinkers. Another option is to get LED bulbs to replace the standard ones, but you got to make sure, they come at the same Watts, as the ones you already have. 99% of such bulbs, are 12Volt/21Watt.

Green indicator light on dash no longer flashes

It is possible that you have broken the filaments in both turn indicator light bulbs. So, check the bulbs first. If they're ok, check for power getting to the bulb sockets - and make sure the ground wires are still attached.
