SOURCE: I have a suzuki BKing

I have a BKing and I put it in gear with the side stand down frequently. All that happens is that the engine cuts out. You have a real FI problem that is co-incident with the side stand and you need a dealer.

How to change bking speedometer from mph to kmh

Hi, on my SV the LCD panel is adjustable to show many different modes. Try pressing the Adj button and see if the mph can be changed to kph. My owners manual shows a few settings but I notice when I keep pressing the Adj button there are more settings than the book shows. I hope this works for your BKing.

Ignition switch was working normally on my B-King 2008. Parked. A few minutes later, went to start it and the ignition key wouldn't turn. The steering lock will not work either. Any ideas?

Have you tryed using the spare key, it may be that the ignition barrel has become worn, the key opens a series of pins when inserted even if only 1has become worn the lock will not turn, some manufactors sell the pins to repaire, but i think you will be buying a new barrel, carefully dismantle the switch and check if all the pins are releasing, you could remove any that are broken and put the lock together until you get a new lock and barrel, i would assume you have tryed the key in the seat lock to elimenate the keys worthines,

What kind of engine coolant does a VL 800 use?

You will need to use a coolant that is compatible with an aluminum radiator. Xerex anti-freeze claims to be compatible with aluminum radiators. Be aware that the wrong anti-freeze, especially alchohol based will destroy your radiator in short order. Your best bet is to read the label for yourself.

Your mixture will be:
1.6 U.S. Pints (750 ml) Coolant
1.6 U.S. Pints (750 ml) DISTILLED Water.
