SOURCE: i want to change my motor oil which is the drain

The oil tank is on the bottom of the transmission. There are two drain plugs. The drain located about the center of the oil pan is the transmission drain plug. The drain plug nearest the front left of the oil pan is the engine oil drain.

A rich smell to the exhaust fumes when the engine is cold is typical. The computer on your bike (and your car) senses that the engine is cold and requires a slightly rich mixture to run. When the engine warms up, the computer leans the mixture back out. This is why you don't have a "choke" on your bike, the computer changes the injector dwell time to richen the mixture instead of you having to use a choke.

SOURCE: getting weird exhaust fumes will riding 65 mph

Wierd in what way? Different gasolines have different additives in them and as a result, the smell differently when burned. Make sure you watch the pumps when you fuel your bike. We've seen pumps that have stickers that says the fuel contains up to 20% ethanol. Do use fuel with more than 10% ethanol. If you pumped some very expensive fuel into your bike, you might have been some racing fuel that a few places sell. Or, someone has added something to your fuel tank, hopefully is was a fuel additive and not sugar.

Good Luck
Steve

SOURCE: I have a 1997 Harley Ultra Classic which on start

It sounds like the choke is stuck some how. Try moving the choke and check it is free. A sticky choke will cause high tick over and smoke.

I HAVE A 1995 CHEVROLET CAPRICE CLASSIC, UNDER THE DRIVER SIDE OF CAR IT SMELL OF GAS FUMES.

Gasoline or exhaust fumes? If exhaust, you have a leak. If gasoline smell, tank may be over full and vent may be clogged.

I smell exhaust fumes in the cabin. What could be causing this?

The most common cause is an exhaust leak in the engine compartment near the engine. The exhaust fumes are pulled into the passenger compartment thru the heater vents. Switching to Rec might cut off the intake of air from outside.

Why is water shooting out of the cooling system overflow reservoir?

Sniff around the coolant reservoir for the scent of exhaust fumes and check the color of the coolant in the reservoir.
If you see discoloration or smell 'exhaust' type fumes, you may have a blown head gasket.

Keeps loozing walter but no leak no walter in oil

You could have a head gasket failure between a combustion chamber and a water channel. Sniff the fumes from the expansion bottle to see if they smell of exhaust fumes. This failure should also produce bubbles in the expansion bottle if true.

Rubber caulking is not good. You need high temperature furnace cement for this job. This is availible from Home Depot or a hardware store. Remove as much of the rubber caulking as you can first.
