Question about 2006 Suzuki Boulevard S83
When its ideling or running it will pop out the pipes but it runs steady. what am i doing wrong?

It is normal. One cylinder & pipe are a bit hotter than the other. It is not at all unusual to see one pipe discolored more than the other.

SOURCE: 2005 suzuki bouevard s83 1400
try looking for the idle screw in the following place...
standing facing the side of the bike that has the clutch on it.
look in the area between the front cylinder and the rear cylinder, close to the tank.
the screw is black and can be difficult to see.
