there is a tool that will replace the threds in the striped out holes its called a hellecoial? tool its kind if a spring that winds its self into the old threds there ok on plug holes but for brake disks hmmm??? dont know about that! i would get a new wheel, and i think 20nm it far to tight as well, they only need to be niped up tight, not done up with a wacking big bar!

SOURCE: Output shaft seal leaking on
hi looks like you have a job on your hands, the way to tell how dificult a job it is would be to buy a new seal, look at the seal if the seal is completly flat along its depth, then it will just pull out and you can knock a new 1 back in, if the outer edge is raised so that it looks like a clip is moulded into the seal, then you will have to remove the engine and dismantle the lower caseing from the engine, as the seal wilnot come out externaly
