SOURCE: where do all the hoses go to a suzuki quadrunner carb

There is one supply hose (larger) and a bunch of vent tubes. The vent tubes really don't matter how they are connected as long as they vent. The vents that point vertical - just loop the tube up and then down towards the ground.

SOURCE: Gas leake from Air vent

If you mean that fuel runs out of one of the vent lines, note that one of those lines is for overflow from the carb bowl. If this is what is happening, you might have corrosion or dirt making your float needle stick, and overflow fuel to that carb. It needs to be cleaned out by removing the bowl, float and float needle.

SOURCE: I have a 2002 Suzuki Ozark 250 ATV. I only has

I don't have a solution but I do have the exact same problem, '03 or '04 (not sure) Suzuki 250 Quadrunner Ozark, really low hrs, left in storage for 2.5 yrs, gas went bad, cleaned it out, now hard to start and won't idle by itself.
I have taken the carb apart and cleaned it out, but did not replace anything, and it will still not start very easily or idle. Before I took the carb apart I thought it was flooding because it would start with the accelerator wide open, but when I would let off, it would die again. Whats going on?? I really don't want to pay to have it fixed.

Sounds like the float is stuck open. Try taking carb out and cleaning all the parts.

SOURCE: battery is not charging for atv suzuki atv

Normally due to the over charging the charging batteries get dry and stop working properly and not get charged. Try by replacing it and monitor the charging of the battery.

My Suzuki Eiger 400 starts hard then once running is great.

The carburetor choke valve might be stuck open or not closing when the engine is cold. The engine needs a richer mixture to start. Too rich a mixture (flooding) can also cause trouble. Turn the fuel valve off to be sure the carb isn't leaking when not in use. If it smokes black on startup, it's flooding. Also check the condition of the spark plugs.

I left the primer selector switch on prime on my atv(lt500 suzuki)i drained the oil twice lots of (gas) in oil, fresh oil in it niw,but atv is still not working very good, any suggestions?thanks

You will have to run the atv and drain the oil when warm a couple of times use cheap mineral oil to do this. do not ride it as the petrol will have broken down the oil protection. When drained twice with fresh oil ,use good oil the third time. How is the atv not working properly,is the air cleaner clean and fresh spark plug fitted.

Water drain leaking gas. I have a 1996 gsx r750T.

Soldering (with an iron) is pretty safe, but I can't recommend it. You'd probably need a torch to get the surface hot enough for the solder to stick.

How about epoxy? JB Weld is petroleum resistant... There are sll sorts of testimonials where people used JB Weld to repair gas tanks.

P.S. I couldn't access the diagram you included.
