Most fuel filters are just like any other. Get the proper replacement part online or from a local Honda dealer.
The filter is in-line on the fuel hose (rubber hose coming from fuel tank). It has an inlet and an outlet - be sure you install it correctly as gas will only flow one way through the filter. The filter usually has an 'arrow' to indicate the direction of the flow or the word 'IN' for the inlet.
The hoses are held on by little clamps that should be easy to release.
Be sure to turn off the fuel supply with the fuel shut-off valve (if you have one), or pinch the supply-side of the hose with a small vise-grip pliers...otherwise gas will pour out all over.

Bike is very hard to start and leaks oil out of the wheep hole....and just notice alot of oil just below the fuel tank on top end...what could it be?

I have the displeasure out of tell people bad news about this bike, the valves on the crf line has been a problem since they can out. that's most likely the problem your haven. check you comprsion, is it low or not there at all? adj. your valves and see what happens with the starting. something else i have seen with the brute of a bike is the de-comp. lever starts to go out. what i mean by that is" it gets stuck" and wont release. look into that. as for the oil how much do you have in it?? does it smell like gas? i would do ahead and change it. and the oil under the tank when you pull the valve cover off you might find a bad gasket.
Let me know what you find

Kenmore model 110 top load washer water drips out slowly, takes a long time to fill tank

Either the inlet hose screens or the water inlet valve screens or the the water inlet valves not opening completely. Check the screens and the water flow from the inlet hoses by removing them from the water inlet valves. The water valves are not opening properly and needs replacing if the screens are clear and the water flow from the inlet hoses are good.

Remove the cabinet to access and replace the water inlet valve assembly. Unplug the machine from the electrical supply then release the console from the top of the cabinet depending on the model of your machine then pull forward and up on the console and lay it back on the hinges.

Disconnect the lid switch harness connector by pressing on the tab located in the middle and pulling it up.

The cabinet is attached to the rear of the washer by two brass-colored retaining clips. Insert a flat blade screwdriver into the turned-up edge of the clip, located on both sides, and then pry back to release the clip from the slot in the cabinet.

Open and hold the lid while grabbing the cabinet front opening then tilt the top of the cabinet toward you by pulling the cabinet away from the base. This releases the front and back slots of the cabinet from the tabs in the front and back of the base.

Using the side of your leg and/or body as a support for the front of the cabinet, carefully lift up the cabinet and set it aside. You can now remove the water inlet valve assembly and install the new one then reassembly the machine.

Bring the cabinet to the front of the washer then slide the front bottom rail of the cabinet under the rail at the base of the machine then lay down the cabinet into position. Make sure the slots in the cabinet sit into the tabs at the base of machine.

Reconnect the lid switch harness then push the retaining clips back down into position to secure the cabinet to the rear of the machine. Reinstall and secure the console to complete the repair.

We just got a new propane tank and connected it and propane is not coming through

I'll assume you had it purged of air before you had it filled, right? A full 20lb tank should weigh about 35-38 lbs. If so try this: Leave the tank valve closed for a few minutes. Then open the tank valve very slowly. It may have a built-in excess flow valve in the hose that is checking closed and preventing you from getting gas. See if that helps.

Water Heater Replacement

1) After shutting off the water and gas or power supply to the tank, connect a hose to the drain valve at the bottom of the tank, open the valve, and run it to a nearby drain or outdoors. Use two wrenches to unscrew the inlet and outlet fittings from the top of the tank. 2) For a gas water heater, shut off the gas inlet valve and use two wrenches to disconnect the union or flare fitting between the gas supply pipe and the inlet valve. Also remove the flue hat that expels gasses into the flue at the top of the tank. 3) After removing the old unit, set the new one in place with the controls and burner accessible. Allow at least 6 inches of clearance around its perimeter, and keep it away from flammable materials. Use a level to check it for plumb; shim the base with pieces of asphalt shingles or plastic wedges. 4) Wrap the threads of the heat trap fittings with pipe-wrap tape, and screw the fittings into the water heater (blue into the cold water inlet and red into the hotwater outlet). Be sure the arrows marked on the fittings point in the direction of water flow. 5) Install new flexible connectors on the water inlet and outlet pipes. If there is no shutoff valve on the cold water side, install one before connecting the water heater. After all connections are complete, open the shutoff valve to fill the tank. While it is filling, open several hot water faucets in the house to bleed off air in the pipes. 6) Assemble the gas pipes as shown. Spread pipe dope on the threads, and screw together the parts, tightening them with one pipe wrench on the pipe and another on the fitting. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for connecting the unit with gas supply tubing. After turning on the gas, test all connections by brushing soapy water on them and watching for bubbles.
