SOURCE: Carbies willn't set float level, right floods, left sets to low

I don't know if its any help but I've fixed my Honda with similar problem. It turns out I reassembled the rich carbys air cut off valve incorrectly. Have you checked yours? I'm wondering if the cut off valves somehow affect the other parts of the carbys. Mine is running sweet now.

SOURCE: where do all the hoses go to a suzuki quadrunner carb

There is one supply hose (larger) and a bunch of vent tubes. The vent tubes really don't matter how they are connected as long as they vent. The vents that point vertical - just loop the tube up and then down towards the ground.

SOURCE: NEED TO KNOW FLOAT LEVEL HIGHT. REPLACED FLOAT AND

the common rule is to have it adjusted within 2mm of where the gasket meets the carb and bowl. get a clear hose about 6 in long and connect to where the fuel is flowing out of while bike is off. bend it to where the side of the hose runs up and down next to your carb. it will show where your level is. then keep adjusting till its around the gasket. also check to make sure the rubber valve isn't missing or damaged in your float.

SOURCE: no fuel getting from tank

the fuel line leaving tank to the box is your fuel pump,it may not be working, take the line from the tank to pump and check to see if you have fuel flow through that line,if you do reconnect it and disconnect line leaving box to carb, push start button to see if you have fuel from pump,if not, check to see if there is a vacuum line connected to pump,it may be vacuum operated, you can also just run the fuel line from tank straight to carb to see if it will start, then you will know if its your fuel pump.

I have 1989 suzuki 250 quadrunner. why does it idle up and down when it just sits there? i've rebuilt the carb

1.Intake leak
2.Old fuel the 10% ethanol is not a good fuel it attracts water..
3.Idle slightly too high and spark advance keeps advancing and then retarding.
Try dropping the idle some. Warm it up to normal operating temp first.
4. Float is opening and closing seat changing the fuel level in the bowl
5. Spark plug is dirty.
6. Compression changing as it warms up

Good luck

I rebuilt my carburater on my 2005 cr 250 now my bike will not idle and their is alot of fuel coming out of the overflow. when my bike is cold it starts and runs good after running awile and i turn it off...

You need to take it back apart and follow the float level setting directions to the letter.

The float level is very critical.

Also check and make sure you have the needle and seat installed properly.

After driving the bike for 5 to 10 min it stalls an is hard to get running again. Have to use choke again even though its warm.

you have a fuel delivery problem i would first check fuel bowl level and air vents for fuel bowl then all your air bleeds
