SOURCE: my hand primer pump its getting squeezes in as i

Howdy: There must be a suction pull on the vacuum line somewhere. A han pump must release the pressure every time it is pulled then pushed. Look for clogged release holes at the pump.

SOURCE: ktm output shaft oil seal

if you are lucky there is a clip behind the front sprocket remove both then pop the seal out drain gear box oil first though. if not which i think is most probable the engine will need splitting if you are good with spanners it is quite easy being a 2 stroke .in brief remove engine remove bore and carb in one lump remove sprocket gear lever split g-box .seal up push old seal out, from outside in, fit new then reverse prosses. a good manual will help.

I have a 1985 suzuki rm80 dirt bike and I got water in oil I put a new water pump on it and just had motor rebuild it's still getting water in oil what to do

Hi, Chris I would take it back to the guy who rebuilt the motor and politely demand satisfaction for this situation I would call my local dealer or reputable shop's service/parts department and inquire about any possible quick fix, answers, or parts inquiry. If necessary transport your bike to the dealer or shop and have a professional technician take it for a test drive, if it is in running condition, and give you a written estimate of repairs and answer any specific questions you may have about your issue. Hi there I pour water in to my radiator on my ktm 125 sx 2007 and the water comes out the middle of my gear box casings and of course it's mixed with the oil. Any ideas was thinking inner water pump...

Your cooling system leaks into the engine. You need to check the water pump for damaged oil/water separator and cylinder's head gasket next.

Coolant leaking from hole under water pump houseing

Coolant leaking from the "weep" hole indicates that the seals are out on the water pump. That's actually what the hole is for, to monitor the condition of the water pump seals. Pretty simple fix with the factory repair manual. Replace the impeller shaft and bearings along with the seals while your in there. Good luck!

Looking for instructions on dis\assembly of a waterpump on a 2002 KTM 400EXC and tools required?

2001 EXC have the same cooling system regardless of a 4 stroke or a 2 stroke, this technology have stayed until 2006

Here is the manual for 2006:
https://www.ktmdealer.net/uploads/models_tech_datasheets/8303F3_OM_EN.pdf

then your water pump assy should look like this

My 2006 ktm 250 sx-f smokes blue when i pull away

Is this a 4 or 2-stroke?
4-stroke = bad valve seals of piston rings
2-stroke = oil/gas ratio too 'oily' OR air filter clogged.

I want to get back into motocross and have been told that the 2006 KTM sx 250 is the bike to buy. Is this true

My honest opinion? (40 years of riding, three years of motocross, and 15 years of hare scrambles)
All bikes are good, KTM...Honda...Kawasaki...Yamaha...Suzuki
It really up to maintenance, rider ability, and of course a newer the bike doesn't hurt either.
Go with what you can get parts for, and you'll be able to work with.

isn't that a two-stroke? pull the jug off and check the piston/bore...if you can do that you're okay...Otherwise, call "Lazarus" at GT Thunder in Millersburg, FL and ask NICELY what to do.
P.S. he's a BUSY man be NICE to him!
