Were is the tranmissin filter on a 2004 kia rio located

Hi.
not to sure about the KIA,
Most other transmissions have the filter inside the trans,
you need to have the base plate ( cover) removed to access it.
and when you remove it , oil will spill out .
Recommend to have a trans mechanic look at it or change.
good luck.......

Oil poured from botton as well as housing unit.

housing unit? are you refering to the engine block? If oil comes out as fast as you pour it in, check your drain plug in the oilpan, holes in your oil pan. Did you run over something recently?

Usually engines hold their oil unless you've run over a big rock and knocked a hole in the oil pan.

drain plug has fallen out more than likely.

Do I mix the oil and gas together and pour it in the gas tank or do I pour the gas in the tank and the waverunner mix's the oil and gas together?

Mix the oil and gas together first.
Or you can add some gas into tank, then add some oil, then add more gas, then bit more oil ... so oil-gas mixture is uniform.

Where is tranmissin oil refill located?

You fill through the dip stick hole ... the same place you pull the dip stick out of ...

WARNING: Do not overfill your transmission ... some cars check while in park others while in neutral. Make sure you are aware of which yours it ... it probably says on the dip stick. Also ... check when the fluid is not hot ... not driven for a while ... I check mine first thing in the morning ... never after a drive of any kind.
