SOURCE: how to put the kick start assembly on my 2000 ttr

Go to the site below where you can see a parts diagram for your specific bike. Often seeing a diagram can help determining how it goes back together. You will select the actual brand, year, model, etc., once you go to the site. Part numbers and prices are also shown. You can order parts from this site. In the event no price is shown on a particular part and/or the notation "Not Available" is in the description, the part is not in stock. www.babbittsonline.com/pages/parts/viewbybrandand/parts.aspx

Basically you put the shaft into the center case, put the clip on the gear, put the gear on the shaft and rotate the clip into the spot provided below the shaft, mount the large washer, mount the spring guide collar, put the center of the spring into the end of the spring guide notch while the long spring extension hooks into the place provided in the center case. Now put the cover back on with the seal already mounted in the cover. Can I get a “very helpful” rating on this answer?

My turn signals sometimes will quit working then I have to hit the hazard lights button leave it on and then turn my turn signals on then they work what causes this to happen

When the turn signals quit working pull up , down , front to back an back to front on the turn signal switch handle . Do they work when doing this ? Pontiac had bad switch . The power for the turn signals goes through the flasher / hazard module . Could be the switch or the module.
The HAZARD LPS fuse in the left hand instrument panel (LH IP) junction block supplies battery positive voltage to the flasher module, which is part of the hazard switch assembly. The TURN LPS fuse in the LH IP junction block supplies ignition positive voltage to the flasher module. The turn signal lamps may only be activated with the ignition switch in the ON position. When the turn signal switch is placed in either the left or right position, current flow is from the flasher module's output to the turn signal switch assembly. The flasher module then sends an on-off voltage signal to either the left or right turn signals and their instrument panel cluster (IPC) indicator. When the hazard switch is pressed, all the turn signal lamps will flash including both IPC turn signal indicators.

Where is the turn signal relay on a 2004 Malibu lt, and do you know what would cause the front turn signal lites to work then not work then work then not work?

There isn't one. Since you already did the fuses. If your up to it. Take the turn signal switch out. Take it apart and fix it, the inside of it.. You need a soldering gun and solder. There is only one thing that may op out. The horn spring. Plus the button for the horn will drop, out. Just look at the contacts and solder them up( divots have to be filled in). Plastic will melt. just watch. it works. Fixed a lot of them. You can do it...You already passed the first step..

Turn signal, dont work, emergeny flahers work

first you need to check the ground connection of the tail lamp, poor ground connection might be the cause. about the turn signal, clean the turn switch using contact cleaner spray. If this cannot solve the problem. The switch have to dissmantle and service manually.

Replace power switch - Electrolux Epic series 6500

well, i post an answer in the wrong field, and i can't find it, so i will type one more time.
slide two vinyl side pieces off, and remove top halves. remove two screws from the switch, and remove it from top halve. between switch and outside button is a plastic rocker, which is broken. you will find two broken pieces, one spring for the rocker piece, and one small plastic rod, which goes inside of the spring for support. i do not know if part is available, but you can for quick fix like me, turn the switch on by the hand, assemble unit, and plug in, and plug out from the wall. whay? i dont have electrolux store close by.
