The fuses are located behind the right frame seat cover or under the seat. The fuses are protected by aplastic cover, which clips on or is secured bya screw.

If the engine wont turn over, probabily you have a bad battery, a bad starter or a bad starter relay, or bad connections.

A hot engine has more compression. If the full battery power doesn't reach the starter it won't turn over...

Katana 600 oil lines

Hi, John it's a vent line for the fuel tank that is supposed to be run down pass the bottom of the frame usually loosely secured with a tie wrap lead acid batteries and carburetors have a similar tubes and tie wrap these lines do not attach to anything at the bottom they should be free from kinks and pinches so they can breathe easily.

Bike will not start put new clutch cable on and wont turn over

The parts have been installed wrongly. Usually, the clutch plate suppose to fit firmly else combustion would not be achieved. Loosen entirely to asscertain the condition, install properly and tigghten in place. Refer with an auto bike technician when required.

Hi and welcome to fixya,

Jump start the bike on 3rd gear to pre-charge the battery. its better to assume it was discharged and let the bike do the charging. Make sure all connections are in place and jumps start the bike, run a few kilometers. This should charge the battery pretty good for an electric start.

Hope this helps

Take a spark plug out and turn motor over with starter see for spark if any it's ok if not it is properly fuel pump turn key on and listen for fuel pump it is built into the tank and you will hear it. If you don't theres your problem.
