Need to take apart your carburetors and clean them thorough making sure that the fuel valves inside are working properly and cut the fuel off once the cups are full.

Carb set up

more information. was the carb removed from the car, when you say clean, was it taken apart. float/needle valves/etc. flooding is usually caused by the needle valve not properly reseating when the bowl is filled. how do you know that the carb is flooding.

Flooding Carburetors,

Sounds like the carbs are gummed up,and the floats are stuck. The carbs will have to come off,be thoroughly cleaned, and the float levels reset, and synchronized.

Gas floods out of the exhaust manifold

Stuck float valve, letting too much fuel into the carb. Try taking the bowl off of the carb and checking to make sure that the float needle moves freely up and down. If there is evidence of gumming inside the bowl you will want to get some spray carb cleaner and clean everything in there thoroughly.

HAVE WALBRO CARB WT324 WHEN PRIMING FLOODS THE CARB NO FUEL EXITS THE FUEL VENT HOSE ANY HELP

There are two connections on the carb, one is connected to the suction side of the primer bulb, the other to the fuel pick up pipe in the tank, the idea is the primer pulls fuel from the carb, into the bulb and back into the tank, if the pipes to and from the primer are fitted round the wrong way it will try to push fuel into the carb and make it flood, so check the suction side of the primer is connected to the carb, and the tressure side is back to the tank.

Engine seems to be flooding out. I have spark but if you take the plug out it is soaked with gas.

if it's flooding out try starting it without using the choke. if it still floods then the float in the carb is stuck open and you will need to remove and rebuild the carb. they sell complete carb kits for all makes of engines..good luck
