I even tried plowing with the lights off, and had the battery on a tender. Same results! Took it to Ingles Performance, where I purchased it, they charged me $85 and told me there's nothing wrong with it. Getting very frustrated!
If this only occurs when plowwing have the electrical plow circuit actuators checked. if when load is applied ck amps. research specs,if under warrentty no problem old and overheated electricals are points to fail check your stator output, batteryand wiring. these checks are done under load conditions note any items getting overheated, could be the cause. get a larger cap, battery or stator with hi-output rating if possible. meanwhile take it easy on the plow.

Took it back to Ingles, made them take another look... They replaced the voltage regulator and I haven't had a problem since... Thank you everyone for your input.
