Oil leak from under sump on CCM 604 R30

I recently bought the bike and i noticed that there was oil leaking from below the sump on the right hand side of the bike beside the foot break. under closer inspection i noticed the the it was leaking out of a pipe were what looks to me were a hose would fit onto. my question is where dose the hose lead to or is it a breath pipe or what is it??
