SOURCE: whear is the oil drain on my 06 street gluid

If the oil tank is on the bottom of the transmission, look under the transmission. There should be two drain plugs. The one nearest the front left corner is the oil drain and the one nearest the center of the pan is the transmission drain.

Good Luck

SOURCE: what is the difference in the degrees of rake on

Frame "rake" is determined by the angle of the neck section of the frame itself relative to the ground/earth. Triple trees are in front of the steering stem (or neck "axle/axis") does not define or affect the "rake" of the frame. Almost every other motorcycle manufacturer places the triple trees in front of the frame's neck axis, In 1980 H-D developed the "self-centering" type of triple trees, where the trees lay/fall behind the neck's axis. This type of front end design is very stable because the "weight" or mass of the assembly being behind the neck will "come back to center" while moving forward down the road.

I have a 2015 street glide special. I put a 21" wheel on and would like to lower the front end back to the stock Height. It there any issue with simply moving the fork tubes up into the triple trees?

Fender clearance will be an issue. You will have to raise the fork tubes one halt the differance of the wheel sizes. As far as I can remember, stock wheel is 18". this means you will have to raise the tubes 1.5" to lower bike back to stock height. Use two pull down straps to pull the shocks down while opserving clearance on the fender. Also, your rake and trail will change due to different wheel size and may effect the overall handling of the bike. Drive carefully first few miles to check this out.

2009 street gluide radio comes on but no sound from speakers

No audio on a 2009 is usually a bad turn on signal from the radios Audio Processor not allowing the internal amp to fire. Many times its related to a fractured main board. Because of the multi-layered construction of the board, the fracture may not be able to be seen. For repair options, contact Iron Cross Audio.
