The clutch start switch in a Camry is normally on the floorboard in front of the clutch pedal lever. It can sometimes be mounted on the clutch lever pivot point.
It is connected into the starter motor circuit, as shown here

in documents st.pdf and cl.pdf
Thank you very much. :)
Also, i have another doubt, how are the connections for a clutch safety switch and a neutral safety switch different?
Since my mom uses an automatic.
To your comment -
Both are normally open switches which are closed when either the clutch is depressed, or in an auto, when the shift lever is in neutral or park. When closed the starter motor solenoid is then supplied.
The neutral safety switch on an auto is on the transmission case near where the shift cables come in.

SOURCE: Where is clutch safety switch located on 1992
Hello mtripp: My name is Roger and I will answer your question. The neutral safety switch is located on a bracket directly above the clutch pedal. Should have two wires that plug into it. One should be white with a blue tracer and the other wire should be black with white tracer. Should you need further help please just ask. Please rate the answer you received as this way i know it was helpful. Thank You for using Fix Ya. Roger
