Problem with kawasaki 1999 ZX-6R Ninja
Hi I'm having a problem with my 1999 Kawasaki
Hi I'm having a problem with my 1999 Kawasaki ninja zx6r every time I twist the throttle the bike stalls I asked a few places what the problem could be and it always the same thing (carbs outta sync) but the trouble I'm having is I sync the carbs with my gauges and when I get it purfect it revs good starts good and seems to drive good along as I have the gauges hooked up but once I disconnect the gauges and put everything back together it runs and revs for about 5 min then the problem occurs again someone please help me iv tried everything I can think of and nothing seems to be working

Cam chain replacement is a bit complex for a beginner. I don't recommend it. However, I would suggest the best way is to have a service manual at hand. Go to this site and you can download a free PDF service manual.www.carlsalter.com/motorcycle-manuals.asp
The 2005 manual (4th from the bottom), is 11MB. You can go with the '05 manual as the service proceedure is the same as the 1998. The 2002 manual is 80 MB (scanned differently).

Go to the site below where you can see a parts diagram for your specific bike. You will select the actual brand, year, model, etc., once you go to the site. Part numbers and prices are also shown. You can order parts from this site. In the event no price is shown on a particular part and/or the notation "Not Available" is in the description, the part is not in stock. www.babbittsonline.com/pages/parts/viewbybrandand/parts.aspx
Can I get a “very helpful” rating on this answer?
If the dent is only a dent, yes you can fix it with body putty and paint. If the "dent" is really a bend that has put the frame out of alignment then, no you can't fix it > not properly anyway. It may be possible for a frame shop to straighten but you can probably get a good used frame for the same money.
Google " motorcycle salvage kawasaki ". You can probably find a frame there.
Please take a moment and rate this solution. Thanks djukome!
