Problem with kawasaki 1999 ZX-6R Ninja

My 99 zx6r one day blew the main fuse and bike went dead,I replaced the fuse and working again.,5 miles later blew again and every time I put a new 30 amp in and put the cap on it just blew every

time,eventually after twisting some wires the fuse diddn't blow and all was fine.The next day I went to start the bike and it is now completely dead,no electrics but the fuse isn't blown,please please help me.

Hi
Some thing is expanding with heat or moving slightly to cause a dead short
if the solenoid click when the fuse blows I would suspect the starter motor brushes / wiring, insulating washer on lead from solenoid or the starter motors internal components

you have a short somewhere. check all the wiring tosee if any of them have bare spots(exposed wire) or if one the battery cables is toutching the frame.
