Mikuni tm carb floods bad when I try to kick start my 1991 rm250,pours out the overflow on the bottom of bowl. I iterate, only when kick starting, won't do it as it sits with fuel valve open

Have you checked your valve timing as it sounds like you are putting back pressure in to your inlet valves forcing the fuel through the carb and out the overflow

Transaxle noise at 25mph+ on a 2001 Buick Park Avenue. The noise is similar to a very aggressive treaded tire road noise, loudest at 55mph. Coasting in Neutral at the same speeds has no change in noise....

Try weaving side to side slowly while driving if the noise changes you have a bad wheel bearing. Also you can jack up the front end and check wheel play by placing hands at top and bottom. Hope this helps.

SPEED IDLE SCREW AND MIXTURE SCREW SETTINGS MY BIKE RUNS FOR SO LONG CUTS OUT BUT STARTS BACK UP AGAIN FIRST KICK WOTS MY PROBLEM suzuki rm250 1993

ALWAYS have a fire extinguisher on hand when working on carburetors. Drain the carburetor. There should be a plug on the bottom of the carb float bowl. Remove the plug then replace it after the fuel drains. Remove the carburetor from the engine.

Remove the float bowl and clean the entire carb with a spray carb cleaner from the auto parts store. Wear protective goggles to avoid getting spray in your eyes. Spray into all the little airways and fittings in the carb. Remove the air screw on the outside throat of the
carb and spray into the screw hole as well. Be sure to put the air screw back in. IMPORTANT > do not tighten this adjuster down. Only screw it in until it LIGHTLY seats. Now turn the air screw one and one half turns outward. Put the rest of the carb back together, clean the air filter and install the carb. Let the float bowl fill then start the engine.

Go to the site below where you can see a parts diagram for your specific bike. You will select the actual brand, year, model, etc., once you go to the site. Part numbers and prices are also shown. You can order parts from this site. In the event no price is shown on a particular part and/or the notation "Not Available" is in the description, the part is not in stock. www.babbittsonline.com/pages/parts/viewbybrandand/parts.aspx

How do you tell if the power valve is working on a 1990 rm 125. it is real doggy on the top end.

If the bike does not bog out on the bottom end then the power valve is working. Try cleaning the carb and be sure gas flows freely past the float needle.

Onkyo 876 with hdmi from blu-ray sound is fantastic video poor

Get a THX video set up disk (some movies have them on) and read the Onkyo manual for video setup between source and target. I have the BD35 Blu ray and a Panasonc 37" plasma, the pic via the amp was a bit off before the 4 hours of tweaking but now looks fab, after the process tweaks the sound sync needed a bit of work to get it all synched up but it is really worth the effort.
