To download the driver for the Epson Stylus C90 please visit this page and select "Drivers and Support" towards the right side of the page.

Then just select the Operating System as Windows 7 (64 Bit) and click on Download.

This will enable you to download and install the drivers for your printer.

Make Install Printer Epson Stylus C90

The cartridge may be defective, as I seen this numerous times, try buying another cartridge from a diffrent retailer and make sure the tape is removed before installing the cartridge.
If this works, you can contact Epson if it is there OEM cartridge that is defective for a refund or replacement.
