GOT CAN DENTED,, CHROME FINISH
Yes and no, You are talking about the exhaust? You can pull them apart, but I don't think you will get the dent out without some serious tools, and then some polishing stuff to make it look right. A muffler shop with a bending machine might have something, a bumper shop, with old school stuff, dent removal and plating tools might be able to do it. You might just have to wait for somebody on ebay to but a carbon fibre can and sell his stock one.
I Want to replace front fork seals on my 2004 Yam
If you want to replace them for maintainence ok.If its for a leak ,try this.Get some camera film negative.Usually in the pack of photos.Cut the notches off the side and cut one end at 45%.Slide it up into the fork seal. Now,with a sawing motion ,move it up and down and at the same time, work it around the seal.Any grit that is causing the leak will be felt. When grit is felt, pull it out, clean it and start again. It may take a few times but it works.A lot cheaper than seals all the time.Hope this helps
I want to replace seals on front forks of my 2004
Hi
There are two nuts at the rear end.. you will have to sit down and look up where the chassis and the seat meet.
remove each nut from the right side and the left side. Gently lift the seat and pull away from the bike back words....

It's getting gas and is firing but wont start
Get your self a freebie manual: http://www.carlsalter.com/motorcycle-manuals.asp , This will help. Your first job is to make sure your plug is clean and set correctly. If that is OK, then you timing is probably out. Although you could most probably do a reasonable job yourself, if you get it wrong, you could burn out a head gasket and stuff things up badly. Get the manual first and go from there, good luck.
After the rhino 660 warms up the reverse starts
yes ive seen this issue before, remove the seats and engine cover, remove the clutch cover and inspect the belt for wear, but most of the time the bolt that hold the driven clutch to the transmission becomes loose, not only will it slip it will also have no engine brake. remove the bolt and apply some red loc-tite to the threads and torque to specs. hope this helps any more ? let me know thanks......jf
Changing the clutch
Hi Jimmy.
The clutch is on the right side of the engine. You can download a service manual for the bike from
here. It has all details you need to do the job. Thanks for using FixYa.
