Make sure you don't have water in your fuel. Also try a different brand of fuel, some bikes don't like certain types of fuel.

The carburetter needs proper cleaning.Drain the float bowl completely.To do this first turn off the fuel and then locate the drain screw wait till all the liquid comes out, perhaps shake the bike a little (if you can catch it all in something . Re-tighten the screw, turn on the fuel and start it up.To clean the carb, Remove tank,side rear panels, muffler,loosen mid pipe mount,take out top subframe bolt, loosen lower sub frame mount bolts, remove throttle cables,loosen carbflange hose clamps,push subframe down, pull carb out, Do Not try to horse the carb out will tear the manifold.Also get the fuel line and fuel filter checked.If there is clog, it will cause such problems.------------Getting carb cleaned, fuel line cleaned will help.Thanks .Helpmech.

could it be your alternator not charging the battery therefore dying down run the bike and keep an eye on volts if dropping while running is your alternator

its the on/off switch next to the throtle,the same fault hapens on ktms exacly same switch,feels like switch is working but it aint

maybe when you are pulling the wire just a little you are making a better connection, make sure your wires are all in good shape, it may be just loose

you may want to check your air fuel mixture. also check your vents and hosess if there may be any air leaks.

have you had the dispack changed on any of this trips to the mechanic's as it sound to me to be this. it would take around 30 min for it to over heat if it had a fault. then you would get a low spark, no power and eventually just stop working all together.

top dead centre the piston , crank timing mark should be on tdc , set cam up to be on tdc aswell ! if you didnt move timing back plate all be ok otherwise you need the setting !

your wires to the kill switch are most likly cut also need to re wire all that was cut with wiring diagram

My first thought is that is the primer bulb in the right way round as effectively, it is a one way valve New bulbs also fail to work properly. I reckon that is why they come in packs of 10 :>D Take it off, connect it to fuel and make sure it pumps. Also please note that we are not Husqvarna, we just have the category for easy filing.

Possibly the seat timer or other false operator not present.

Wiring diagram is in the operators manual, no cost download off the Husqvarna website or other.

Most likely it will be the stater. And they are pricey. Coils hardly ever go bad or the only other thing that would cause a no spark problem could be the kill button. I hate to say it, but i think it will be the stater.

Ok.. The rectifier only changes AC voltage to DC voltage.. the voltage to charge the battery comes from the generator. With the engine running at half throttle+, and IN NEUTRAL, check the voltage at the battery terminals it should be 13 volts +. If you are not getting at least that much.. make sure all connections are tight.. if its less than 13V..... more checking is indicated. (Shop time)..sorry...

with the caps removed and the forks compressed all the way, the oil should be 6 inches from the top.
