I just bought a 1994
Too much or not enough. To get back to a run setting you could turn in the screws all the way then out 1 1/2 turns each, this should put you in run mode, Start with the idle or slow speed jet, make sure it idles ok, stays running, then try to rev it up, if it cuts out, it is starving, open it up 1/4 turn, try it again, etc, till it gets better, or good. If it doesn't get better, it may be a timing problem, like the engine is firing long before the valves open to let out the exhaust, does it have a dist? Is it a power band thing you are not used to the bike? I tried a couple bikes like that and I couldn't get them to go, they were like a sponge, or a marshmallo, just doesn't go, My Ducati, you hit the gas, you better be hanging on, cause you are going!! It doesn't matter what gear, what speed, it is all power. Check it out, hope this helps.
