Those models had an oil tank and oil injection system to inject oil into the crankcase. We recommend plugging off the original oil injection system in favor of mixing the oil with the fuel on these older models unless you are sure that the stock system is working properly.

My gt750 seems to be

im guessing that its an early model with carbs these may need a good clean you may have water or dirt in your fuel the air filter may need replacing and the spark plugs and leads. from memory its a bit of a mission removing the carbs as i remember it is easier if the air box is removed first keep all parts seperate when striping the carbs if your not confident do them one at a time so you can use the next one as a reference if you get confused as to where the parts go use carbretta cleaner and compressed air to clean with dont use wire to clean the holes in the jets. clean the outside first before you remove the float bowls and use a good screwdriver the philips head screws have a tendancy to be difficult and and its not hard to chew the centre out of the screw if this happens use a centre punch and hammer punch the head of the screw to loosen it an impact driver should undoo tight screws that are not damaged

Hi, I have a 1975 Suzuki

First of all, you want the light to go on, not off.
The idea is that the spark is supposed to happen when the points open.
When the points open, then the current is no longer being grounded away through them, and then you will again get power on the negative of the coil.
In theory the coil could fire when points both open and close.
But you can't operate the coil from when the points close, because it takes too long for the coil to build up voltage. But is can quickly discharge the voltage when the points open.
The purpose of the condenser capacitor, is to essentially eliminate the closing spark completely. So you only get a coil discharge when the points open, removing the ground connection.

Where is the rectifier located on my 2004 suzuki katana 600

Behind the radiator on the left side. It is the device with cooling fins, even though the electronic parts are embedded in rubber paste. The location isn't ideal and sudden defects leave people stranded so what people do is relocate the regulator/rectifier to a cooler place. Perhaps to the air inlet, under the air filter. Follow the three, mostly, yellow cables that originate from the stator when you don't find it behind the radiator.

Why my Suzuki TF 125 losses power in the midway? What are the causes for such loss of power?

What do you mean by "Midway"? How old is this motorbike? What exactly did you do to clean the carburettor? Is it a new spark plug and a new, clean air filter? Did you empty the fuel tank to remove the fuel tap to clean the filter on the inside of the tap? Is it doing anything else? Things like - is it hard to start, has heavier exhaust smoke or it has a rough and uneven idle.

I own a 2009 Suzuki Boulevard. Problem is the motor is jammed. It turns but only half a turn before it hits something solid inside. what are the possibilities it could be that is causing the problem

A broken timing chain is the most likely cause, the piston is hitting an open valve, or you have a dropped valve or a stuck valve. Another possibility is something jamming behind behind the side covers. The key would be how you discovered this? Driving along at 105 and the engine stopped, or ???https://www.google.com/search?q=2009+suzuki+boulevard+timing+chain+or+timing+belt....
