Use a multimeter and monitor the kill switch or whatever switch shuts the unit off normally. It may be failing when warm. Sounds like you covered the basics already.

Sounds to me as if you've bleed over between tach and speedo.Maybe a wire cross and touching between the two.Possibly a Faulty pickup on the speedo too.

im not sure on the gear indicator, but your main bearing might be too tight or need lubricating. sorry its not much help

It is possible to rebuild anything that a human has put together. The real question is, Is it worth it? You can get a service kit and rebuild it that way. But, it would depend on the reason for the failure of the pump.

It seems there is fuel starvation when you reach that speed or the spark plug seems to fail.(1) Check the spark plug and also see if it's of a correct specs per the manufacturer's recommendation.(2) There could be a blockage in the carb's main jet which restricts the flow of fuel at that speed.Hope this helps!

Assumeing you have been trying to bleed the brakes and assumeing you tried that because your brakes quit working. Check a couple things. First try opening the bleeder first then pushing the peddle and see if fluid moves. Next make sure the piston in the master cylinder has its full range of motion ( not a lot of slop in the pedal at rest ). If you have these symptoms then you likely need a master cylinder rebuild. If you keep losing fluid you have a leak, and if you just changed a a bunch of stuff then its start at the beginning by bleeding the master cylinder.

If you have a battery charger, remove the battery cover to expose the battery terminals then you can connect the battery charge to the battery.Make sure you connect the positive lead from the charger to the positive terminal on the battery and the negative lead from the charger to the negative terminal on the battery before you power up the battery charger.When you have finished charging the battery, power off the battery charger before you disconnect the leads from the battery.

A mechanical pump runs when the engine is turning, an electric pump will run as soon as the key is turned and create pressure all the time. It would have to be an in tank electric pump or it will burn out. Electric pumps are cooled an lubricated by the fuel passing through it. If it is a carbureted engine, you are pressurizing the carb bowl. If injected, it may already have a fuel return. Check the mechanical pump for a torn diaphragm, they are easy to change. ..

This is a combo unit. Confirm the disc is playable. The problem may not be in the machine. Check that the power plug is firmly inserted. I have provided links to manuals for the machine. This particular unit has a typical GY6-style engine with a fuel line designated from the gas tank to the carburetor distinguished by an in-line cylindrical fuel filter located near the center of the line. Best to locate the carburetor distinguished by the location of the air filter, there should be a hose going from that unit up into the gas tank. Ideally, remove the gas tank entirely and it should reveal the gasoline lines directly to the carburetor. The photo shows the fuel line/filter indicated in red, and the location of the carburetor within the blue indicator.
