try recharging the batery first then check charging system i think its not charging the battery or the battery is a dud one

1st pull the fuel line going to the carbs, make sure it is flowing ok.. I dont remember if ya got to pull the carbs to get to the bowls, but the fuel bowls have to come off, then remove the needle and seat and float, make sure everything is clear and clean in the hole the needle sits in.Then pull the jets out, clean them with spray carb cleaner, and the holes they come out of. You don't say the age or type of bike but it's possible that your carbs are slightly out of balance with more fuel getting to one than the other.
