Normal warranty is only 90 days. Better chcek on what yours actually is and what it covers. The problem is going to be either water in the carb float bowl or varnish build up in the carb from evaporating gas over the winter. The carb needs to be cleaned. Try just draining the carb float bowl using the drain screw on the lower part of the bowl. Most all bikes have a drain screw but if yours doesn't, just remove the bowl and clean the interior of the carb. Please rate my answer.

HOW TO CHANGE REGULATOR ON SYM 300
