Hi, Minions PN numbers is not a fault code they usually show up at the end of a diagnostic search for generated error codes that are active or non-active that have been resolved but not cleared. They are part numbers that identify electrical components that are currently installed on the bike. 32919-07 is the ECM that has been remapped for a stage one upgrade. 68925-07 is the turn signal security alarm module. 67349-04 is the speedometer.

Hi, Kevin I hate when that happens and the usual suspects are:
1. Severely discharged or a damaged battery must have 12.5 volts or more and be able to pass a proper "LOAD" test if necessary, you may have a preliminary reading of 12.5 volts or more but little or zero amperage the battery is faulty and must be replaced, AGM batteries fail in this scenario more so than lead-acid batteries.
2. Faulty alternator/generator and or voltage regulator.
3. Loose or corroded battery terminals and or cables especially the "NEGATIVE" cable, look for loose, corroded, or broken connectors inside the cable harness at "BOTH" ends.
4. Faulty main circuit breaker or ignition switch, check for loose connections and continuity.
5. Faulty system relay or ignition relay, check for continuity.
6. Faulty ignition coil, ignition/electronic module.
7. Faulty CKP, CPS, CMP, MAP, TPS, or BAS sensor, corroded, loose or broken wire connector pins/sockets.
8. Throttle cables and or idle speed improperly adjusted hot idle speed should be 950 RPM to 1000 RPM.
9. Faulty neutral, side stand or clutch lever safety switch.
10. Fuel tank empty
11. Fuel tank contaminated with ethanol sludge.
12. Water or dirt in the fuel system, or clogged filter.
13. Quick disconnect check ball stuck.
14. Restricted, blocked or kinked fuel line.
15. Faulty fuel pump.
16. Faulty pressure regulator.
17. Faulty or clogged fuel injectors.
18. Lean angle switch is faulty or needs adjustment.
19. Catastrophic engine failure, perform a compression test.

Hi Anonymous, always check your instrument fuse before performing the next procedure, try cleaning your speed sensor located on top of the transmissions right side between the top cover and the chrome starter end cap on Twin Cams and on top of the engine case between the rear cylinder and the starter motor for Sportsters. Remove the the bolt that secures the sensor and pull it out of the transmission. Inspect sensor for obvious damage and repace if necessary. If sensor has no damage then wipe clean any obvious contamination like micro fiberous material with a clean rag and reinstall, torque bolt to 8 ft lbs. Next check the connector to the speedometer for correded, broken or loose pins/sockets. Good luck and have nice day.

Hi, David excellent question, before I begin let me address motorcycles with valves and seats designed to run on leaded fuel issue, you can run unleaded fuel without a lead additive with no problem just replace the valves and seats with ones designed for unleaded fuel the next time you need a top end overhaul. In extremely rare cases some higher compression engines will ping using the highest octane graded unleaded fuel available in these cases the use of a lead additive or aviation fuel is recommended. Octane rating is a measure of a fuel's ability to resist 'knock'. The octane requirement of an engine varies with compression ratio, geometrical and mechanical considerations and operating conditions. The higher the octane number the greater the fuel's resistance to knocking or pinging during combustion.
The recommended octane rating for most motorcycles is usually octane 87, but be sure to check your bike's owner's manual. Ordinarily, your motorcycle will not benefit from using an octane higher than recommended in the owner's manual. However, some motorcycle models have high-compression engines and electronic controls, which are designed to benefit from the greater power output and improved fuel economy of high-octane fuel. Since octane requirements can vary with operating and environmental conditions, your bike may need a higher octane fuel than recommended to prevent knocking.
Bottom line, use the lowest grade octane that gives you acceptable performance without knocking or pinging.

Hi, Iran before diagnosing your blown fuse issue, check the bottom of your seat, if its metal and comes in close proximity to the positive battery post you need to take the necessary steps to ensure there is no contact (electrical tape, thick rubber insulation, hammer a dent in the seat bottom etc.) You are going to need a wiring diagram from your service manual, a test light, an ohmmeter and plenty of extra fuses.
If you turn on your ignition switch and immediately blow a fuse you have a hard/dead short and is usually easy to find. With a test light connected to the hot side of the blown fuse holder start stabbing the wire/s that leads away from the fuse holder and towards the ignition switch, you test light will illuminate validating the short. When the test light fails to illuminate you have passed the short and need to back up until the test light illuminates, then look in the immediate area for the short.
If you driving down the road for 30 minutes or 15 miles and blow a fuse you have soft/flying short and may take some time and patience to find.
If the main fuse/circuit breaker constantly blows/trips while riding you probably have a faulty battery terminal connection. Check battery terminals for damage or corrosion, check battery cables at "BOTH" ends for loose, corroded, or broken connectors, "INSIDE" and outside the cable harness, perform connector wiggle test and check cables with an ohmmeter if necessary. Any other fuses that constantly keep blowing while riding are usually caused by a loose or corroded ground wire in the circuit, which means you have to check, inspect, test each and everyone with an ohm meter set on a low ohm scale 100 ohms or less . Simply touch one lead to the ground source and the other lead to the battery negative terminal, a reading of zero indicates a clean solid ground. Any number of readings or infinity indicates a poor ground and needs to be repaired. Poor or weak grounds require excessive additional amperage to complete the circuit which in turn blows the small amperage fuse.
