IDE Instillation of drive

1.) set the jumper setting to the rear of the drive, master / slave ; cl,,

2.) put the prive in the system and secure it with screws

This involves pushing one of the fround holders out and sliding the drive in.

3.) connect the ide cable from the drive to the main bord in the ide slot.

4.) connect the power cable.
NB dont worry the cables can only go in one way

5.) power on the system, your hardware should be detected and installed automatically. no 3rd party drivers needed unless its a speciality drive.
