We operate the first crowd sourced tech support site. Through a live community of users who share their experiences with tech support issues, we offer a solution for every tech support problem, on 800,000 consumer products. In addition, we aggregate all consumer products' post-sale information that is scattered throughout the web, and present it in a single and easy to use location. Users can find a solution for their problem in our product knowledge base, or have it answered by the site's active expert community via email, chat, or phone. Launched over a year ago, we enjoy a rapidly growing flow of organic traffic, currently at 6M unique per month and emerging revenues from selling premium expert services which are fulfilled by the community, lead generation for repairs and upgrades, and targeted ads. We spearhead this niche, and are moving forward towards establishing ourselves as the eBay of post sale aggregated services.

Product Line Manager

Job Description:
In this key role, you will own full cycle product management / product marketing starting with initial product concept, development and launch for new consumer products and paid services. In addition, you will be accountable for growing revenue and managing the P&L of your product line to meet or exceed business goals.

  • Identify and analyze next generation product opportunities.
  • Perform all due diligence and cost and benefit analysis.
  • Work with engineering, UI Design and Product team to design, launch, and manage the product development process.

We are looking to hire a UI designer to design pages and UI components, define flows, create functional definitions and help drive the implementation from start to finish. The qualified candidate must be a highly talented in UI and graphic design, detail-oriented, action-oriented, and a team player with strong experience designing consumer-facing sites.

responsibilities:
  • Create UI designs to include user task and interaction flows, screen designs, user-interface details, and user experience optimization.
  • Identify and justify creative product solutions.
  • Identify potential opportunities for product improvements or new product concepts.
  • Collaborate with an off-shore development team to ensure product delivery.
  • Meticulously think through every aspect of the user experience, putting users' needs and expectations first.

Qualifications:
