Electrical Issues, new alternator, new battery, lights dim under load

the load relais can be faulty. However you pass the RGBII/computer for better diagnostic. The electronic tech now is very complicated. The BCM, can be faulty this controll all the circuit in the car, do not waste you time and money.

Dim interior lights, power locks wont work......

Try looking at your battery. Check the cables to make sure they are tight and clean. Brush the corrosion off with a wire brush. Now, if you have a wiring schematic, find the ground for the interior lights and clean it up too. Oh, put vasoline on it, and the battery cables, to keep them corrosion free. Check the other grounds in the car cabin too.
