Good morning: My bmw have 70000 miles, and is in good shape, but this mornig I start the engine, and a noise came from the botton rigth side of the car, like a "track!track!track, several times. 15 seconds later the noise disapear....and later on the road when I stop at a red ligth the noise return for few seconds.
Do you have any idea? The A.C. is working, and everything look normal!!

One of two things I think, if you are using low octane "Regular" gas in this can and it says it requires premium, the car could be retarding the timing which could cause a knock on idle.
you could also check the compression for a loose valve that could be causing the knock, otherwise you might have a bent rod, which it sounds like you might. The kock will get progressively worse until you fry your engine and have to buy a new one. Good Luck. Talk to a mechanic.
