Hi,
You have to remove first the RED plastic cover of the positive( + ) pole, just pull it hard and it will pop off. Be careful in cable jumping of modern cars, put the negative( - ) clamp on the engine bare metal instead of the battery pole. Let the other car idle, just like charging your battery for 15 to 20 minutes. Take off the cables and start the engine.
Hope that helps you.
Thanks for using FixYa!

Convert battery cables from top post to side mount replacement ends?

If all you are doing is changing to a side post battery, just connect all the positive cables from the old pos post to the new pos holder and all the neg ones to the new neg holder. If you've already cut them all off and not sure where each wire goes, all the reds are positive, all the blacks are neg. To make sure use your continuity meter to test. Connect one meter lead to any good clean metal part on the car and test between each black wire in turn, the neg ones will show a circuit, the pos ones will not.

Can I hook a battery charger to the jump start posts on a 2002 Chrysler Sebring, or do I have to connect it directly to the battery?

It is best if you remove the battery and charge it on its own, do not place the battery directly on the ground, sit it on a plastic surface or wood, then charge it.
If its starting to drain quickly, its a sign that your alternator is not charging anymore, have it checked to be sure.
Good luck.

Jump the battery

What do you need to know? Positive to positive neg to neg. ON the Grand prix it is hard to get to the terminals on the battery. Hook the positive clamp to the postive bolt covered with the red plastic cover near the battery. Neg to the metal part of the engine.

Where is and how to change the starter on a 95' chrysler concorde

The starter is located on the left (drivers) side lower engine. You will have to jack the car up or use ramps. Remove battery neg cable.1st The starter is held in by two 15mm bolts. There are two wires that will need to be removed. One is held by a 13mm nut, the other is a push on terminal or held on by a 8mm nut. There is shield between the bellhousing and starter, take note as this goes in only one way.
