Re: Need Radio Code
The code is unique to each radio and came in the packet with the owners manual, since you don't have that info you will have to contact the dealer with your VIN and they can provide the code, there may be a charge for this.
a 6ya Mechanic can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US. click here to Talk to a Mechanic (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need. Goodluck!

Need to contact a Fors dealer, they will charge you for the code. Some 2nd hand car dealers write the code on the body of the radio, it may even be listed in the owners manuel, but only if its the original for the car. Hope this helps
This is information you only get from the dealer. You may have to proivide proof of ownership of the car, as often nissan has record matchin the car to the radio. This is to protect against radio theft. Sometimes you may find the code hand written in your owner's manuel or warranty guide.
IF YOU BOUGHT NEW THERE IS A CARD WITH THE CODE ON IT WITH YOUR OWNERS MANUEL IF NOT THERE YOU'LL NEED TO TAKE IT TO YOUR DEALER. THEY WILL PULL THE RADIO AND GET SER.# CALL IN AND GET THR CODE. THEN YOU PUNCH IT IN USING THE PRESET BUTTONS.
CHECK IN OWNERS MANUEL SHOULD BE ON A STICKER....FIVE NUMBER CODE OR IF YOU BOUGHT IT NEW CALL YOUR DEALER THEY SHOULD HAVE INFO ON FILE, OTHERWISE THE DEALER WILL PULL THE RADIO TO GET SER.# AND CALL TO GET THE CODE
What you need to do if you cant find the code in your owners manuel is unfortunately contact a Chrysler dealer who will be able to look it up for you. If you can find it somewhere in your glove box or owners manuel use the radio presets to punch in the code and the radio should work just fine
SOME SLIM CHANCE IF U BOUGHT THE CAR USED THAT THE PREVIOUS OWNER WROTE IT IN THE OWNERS MANUEL BY THE RADIO CHAPTER OF THE BOOK OR ON THE 1ST OR LAST PAGES OF IT (LOOK FOR ABOUT 5 TO 6 NUMBERS), IF THAT DIDNT WORK THEN GO TO YOUR LOCAL FORD DEALER WITH YOUR TITLE/REG (PROOF THAT U OWN THE CAR) THEY WILL LOOK IT UP BY THE V.I.N. # OF YOUR CAR. SOMETIMES THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU
