Hi, Check water in the distributer cap. If that doesn't work try the fuel pump relay.

Engine compartment filled with water. Blew out cylinders but engine still won't turnover. What else do I need to do to fix? Drain crank shaft?

If the crankcase filled with water also, it needs to be drained and fresh oil installed. Have you tried turning engine with a breaker bar and socket? Crank bearings could be seized.

Have to replace spark plugs after heavy rain on 02 dodge grand caravan sport

well when it rains really bad and water gets under your hood either it goes in your oil and you have to replace it or it gets in your air filter and in your engine to get the water out pull all the spark plugs and crank it untill there is no more water coming out then put the plugs back and dont forgot to change your air filter

Ever since i had my car if i wash it or if it rains severely hard my car starts shaking, not wanting to go, and the engine light flashes but as soon as it's dry it stops and the engine light goes off

short of a leak getting into the engine compartment and leaking onto the spark plugs or wires. The most common cause is a ignition coil absorbing moisture causing the problem described, a household trick is using a bottle of windex filled with water, while cranking do a quick spray on the coil an arc will signify a bad coil.

My 1991 BMWi ran out of fuel and now it won't turn over at all

You say it won't turn over. Do you mean that the starter will not crank the engine? Not cranking is totally unrelated to running out of fuel, other than perhaps someone cranked it until the battery was dead after it ran out of fuel. Try a jump start from a known good battery.
If the starter cranks the engine but the car will not start after running out of fuel, my bet is that the fuel pump was nearing the end of its useful life, and running dry as it ran out of fuel was the end of that fuel pump. Fuel pumps are lubricated and cooled by the fuel, so running dry is really hard on them.

Car turns over but does not start. Battery good

If it over heated, could have bad head gasket's, fill radiator with water, crank engine with radiator cap off, if water is push out of radiator while cranking, bad head gaskets', also remove spark plug's, crank engine if any water, bad head gasket, also when spark plug's removed, check for any water on them.If there is any water on plug's, bad head gasket, also could try doing a cylinder compression test, if bad compression, head gasket, no compression, wont start that way.

1995 Camry will not crank....replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, plug that goes into fuel pump...will still not crank!!! Battery was dead, as it sat forever...jumped it off and it ran fine...went to drive it...

If it keeps on cranking over and over then the battery should be fine but to check. Take a volt meter and put it across the battery and make sure it's around 12v

also check to see that the injectors are putting gas in the combustion chamber as well with the spark plugs delivering the spark.

Check to see how worn out your distrubuter is (cap and rotor)

hope this helps!

Will not crank

Id be suprised if its the timing as it was fine when you turned vehicle off and that isnt enough to make your timing jump.Have you checked the battery is ok?If battery ok then are the main cables(battery)tight on the battery terminal. Also check that the battery cables are tightly bolted to the engine and starter motor.Make sure the starter motor solenoid wire hasnt fallen off and has twelve volts power when cranking.Does the dash light up when you turn ignition on?Could also be time to replace starter if other tests are ok.Let me know how you go and good luck.
