Were is the imobilizer switch located on 1999 ford escort finnesse

IF you are refering to a reset because the theft lamp is flashing and the engine will not start there is not one. If you are refering to a fuel reset switch it is located behind the drivers side kick panel. Please rate this answer if it was helpful , if you need more info feel free to ask.

this problem is caused by the fan speed control resistor, it is located next to the blower motor in the heater duct work.

Wont get power

sounds like the problem is your imobilizer faulty.Get a bit of wire and atach it to the positive conection on the battery. Then touch the small wire on the starter to see if the motor turns. If it does then your imobilizer is the fault.Good luck.

I HAVE A 2000 DODGE NEON I JUST BOUGHT WITH NO KEYS . I TOOK OUT THE IGNITION AND GOT A USED ONE FROM A INTREPID WITH THE IMMOBILIZER I GUESS ITS CALLED I CANT GET IT TO START THE CAR THE KEY TURNS AND...

if you turned the key with the ignition with the imobilizer, you now have to get the right ignition and a new PCM because the PCM now thinks the car has SKIM (imobilizer)
