Susan; It could be one of three locations, under car along frame rial, under hood engine compartment mounted on fire wall, or under hood mounted near shock tower. below 2nd link shows the filter assembly and partial harness to help identify location. press the helpful button
My alldata doesn't have the location of that filter but it does tell me that it is in line. It should be on the same side of the truck as you fill up on. Look under the truck on the frame and locate the fuel lines. Follow them up the side. You should see the filter about half way up the lines mounted to the frame. Sorry I couldn't get more info for you but this should lead you right to it. Hope this helps. Good luck.

front of fuel tank, mounted on chassis. Typical fuel filter location along frame rail.
The filter is on the left side on the inner frame.About where the drivers seat area.Hope this helps.Make sure to relieve fuel pressure before removing the fuel filter or it will spray all over.You can do this by removing the fuel pump fuse and starting the vehicle and let it run til it dies.Do not turn the key back on til you are done.Make sure and reinstall the fuse.Hope this helps.Good luck.
