Of course - you're taking a current motor out and replacing it with one three years older, of a different architecture. You'll also either need to replace or repin the entire engine bay wiring harness (which may also require lengthening or shortening parts of the harness, or swapping to different connectors), maybe new motor mounts, possibly a new transmission and differential, and in the case of an automatic car, maybe a new chassis/body wiring harness as well.
The shop doing this for you should know this though.
